Additional Rate Notes

  • Onsite Rush Rates: +$25/hr with a one-hour minimum for same-day unplanned/emergency onsite needs during standard business hours.
  • After-Hours Rates: +$80/hr with a one-hour minimum for services performed outside 9am – 5pm PST, or on weekends.
  • Unplanned/Rush Rates: +$25/hr surcharge for avoidable emergencies (late notice new hires, unplanned vendor visits, etc.).

Add-Ons & Notes

  • C3 SafetyNet EDR Add-On: $5/mo for desktops/laptops and $10/mo for servers.
  • C3 SaaS Backups Add-On: User-level and Cloud Storage backups are available starting at $5/mo/user.
  • Backup Storage Usage: Fees may apply for workstations over 100GB and servers over 250GB.
  • Backup Compliance/Retention: Fees will apply for retention beyond 30 days. All desktop and server backups have a 30-day retention period unless you are on an upgraded plan.

Our Security+Strategy plan combines all SafetyNet and ShieldsUp services with flat-rate HelpDesk support and Quarterly Business Reviews for a predictable monthly cost. This plan is customized per client based on your organization’s specific needs, security posture, and infrastructure requirements.

Security+Strategy clients also receive reduced rates on projects and special projects.
